Millipore has a handy user guide “Pellicon 2 and 3 Mini Holder” (www.sandpiperpharma.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Millipore-Pellicon-2-and-3-Mini_Holder-User-Guide.pdf).  This is a very capable system which generates data that can be scaled up to GMP manufacturing.
